Is Smarch a job board?
No. Smarch is not a job board, a recruiter, or a hiring platform. We match people with each other into co-founding teams, then support you through a structured programme to build a real company together. Nobody is hiring you. You are co-founding work that didn't exist before.
What does it cost?
Nothing — ever. Smarch is a Swedish ideell förening, a nonprofit, permanently. We never take money from participants.
Who can apply?
Applications are for people in Sweden working in — or aiming for — IT, media, and video games. More industries will follow. If you live elsewhere or work in another field, you can still register, and we'll let you know when it's your turn.
What happens after I submit the survey?
You enter the matching queue. Matching runs weekly, and the people who have been searching longest go first. When you're matched, we introduce you to your team and invite you to a first video call. You can decline the team — that's always okay.
